During the day, you’ll cruise through the incredible Horizontal Falls, followed by a refreshing swim in the marine viewing enclosure, where you can get up close to the local marine life. Next, visit the renowned third-generation Cygnet Bay Pearl Farm, where you’ll learn about its rich history and pearl farming traditions. Afterwards, explore the Beagle Bay Aboriginal Community, home to the iconic Mother of Pearl Church, a true cultural highlight.
Following a day filled with adventure and discovery, you’ll return to Broome, with the Horizontal Falls team ensuring a smooth transfer back to your accommodation.

Today, you’ll depart Broome and make your way to Derby. Take some time to explore the town and visit the historic Boab Prison Tree before joining the iconic Gibb River Road.
Next, stop at a local art gallery before heading to Dimalurru (Tunnel Creek), where water has carved an impressive 750-meter-long tunnel through the limestone Napier Ranges. Rising up to 20 meters in height, this natural wonder was formed 350 million years ago as part of an ancient ocean reef system.
Later in the day, you’ll continue to Fitzroy Crossing, arriving in the late afternoon to check in at the Fitzroy River Lodge for a well-deserved rest.

This morning, you’ll depart Fitzroy Crossing and travel along the Great Northern Highway toward Halls Creek. Upon arrival, you’ll take a short detour to Old Halls Creek to visit the site of the original gold rush township and view the iconic China Wall, a fascinating natural quartz formation.
After returning to Halls Creek for lunch, you’ll continue your journey east before turning off toward the World Heritage-listed Purnululu National Park (the Bungle Bungles).
Settle in for a two-night stay at the Bungle Bungle Savannah Lodge, owned by Outback Spirit in partnership with Aviair/Helispirit. The lodge offers comfortable cabins with ensuite bathrooms, providing a relaxing retreat amidst this stunning wilderness.

Today, you’ll immerse yourself in the wonders of Purnululu National Park, renowned for its striking orange and black beehive-shaped domes. Begin with an unforgettable 18-minute scenic helicopter flight, offering a bird's-eye view of the park’s incredible natural features.
After the flight, enjoy a walk along Piccaninny Creek to the awe-inspiring Cathedral Gorge, a natural amphitheatre, and follow the Dome Trail for an up-close look at the park’s unique geological formations.
In the afternoon, you’ll venture to the northern area of the Bungle Bungles to explore the dramatic Echidna Chasm before returning to the lodge for the evening.

Today, you’ll bid farewell to the Bungle Bungles and head north to Wyndham. Take in the stunning views from the Five Rivers Lookout, where you’ll enjoy dramatic panoramas of the Cambridge Gulf. After a relaxing picnic lunch, you’ll continue on to Kununurra and check in to the centrally located Kununurra Country Club for your overnight stay. The remainder of the afternoon is yours to enjoy at your leisure.

This morning, you’ll head to the banks of Lake Kununurra to embark on a spectacular three-hour cruise along the Ord River. Take in the stunning scenery and diverse wildlife as your skipper guides you upstream to Lake Argyle, providing expert commentary throughout the journey.
Upon reaching the dam wall, you’ll board the coach for the return trip to Kununurra, with a stop at the Argyle Homestead Museum along the way. Your day concludes at Emma Gorge Resort, nestled at the base of the magnificent Cockburn Range, where you’ll spend the next two nights in unique tented cabins.

This morning, you’ll venture deeper into the heart of this iconic Kimberley wilderness to explore Chamberlain Gorge, a stunning three-kilometre freshwater oasis surrounded by towering escarpments. Enjoy a relaxing 90-minute gorge cruise, where you can feed the cheeky Archerfish before returning to Emma Gorge Resort via the station township.
After lunch, set off on a guided walk to the spectacular Emma Gorge waterfall (2.5 hours return – a good level of fitness is required, but the reward is well worth it). Take a refreshing swim in the large rock pool at the base of the falls and marvel at the breathtaking beauty of the gorge, considered one of the Kimberley’s finest.
Upon your return to the resort, the rest of the afternoon is yours to relax and unwind before regrouping for dinner.

There’s no better way to start your day than with a refreshing swim in the warm, crystal-clear waters of Zebedee Thermal Springs. Enjoy a relaxing morning soaking in this natural oasis before we continue our journey west along the iconic Gibb River Road.
Cross the mighty Pentecost River and pass Ellenbrae Station as we make our way to the ‘Y’ junction. From here, we follow the Kalumburu Road to Drysdale River Station, a working cattle station that runs 9,000 head of cattle across over a million acres.
Tonight, you’ll settle into comfortable station cabins with private ensuite bathrooms, ready for a restful evening in this remote outback setting.

This morning, you’ll continue north along the Kalumburu Road before turning onto the Mitchell Plateau track. After fording the King Edward River, you’ll visit a series of stunning Wanjina rock art galleries, regarded as some of the finest examples in the Kimberley.
Following a picnic lunch, travel through an ancient Livistona Palm forest before arriving at the Mitchell Plateau by mid-afternoon.
Your home for the next two nights is Outback Spirit’s Ngauwudu Safari Camp, the most luxurious and spacious accommodation on the Mitchell Plateau. Today will be a true highlight of your Kimberley adventure! After a short drive to the ranger station, you’ll set out on a 4km guided walk to the breathtaking Punamii-Uunpuu (Mitchell Falls). This walk requires a good level of fitness and mobility but promises immense rewards along the way.
With expert guides from the Kandiwal Community, you’ll uncover rarely seen Gwion and Wanjina rock artwork, gaining deep insights into the region’s ancient cultural heritage. Along the trail, you’ll also pass the stunning Little and Big Mertens Falls before arriving at the magnificent four-tiered Mitchell Falls. At the falls, take time to relax, enjoy a picnic lunch, and marvel at the cascading waters. To finish the experience, you’ll return to camp on a scenic helicopter flight (included), offering an unforgettable aerial view of the falls and surrounding wilderness.
Back at camp, you can unwind with a well-earned rest or enjoy a refreshing swim in the palm-fringed creek. This adventure beautifully combines cultural discovery, natural beauty, and thrilling moments, making it a standout day on your Kimberley journey. 

This morning, you’ll head to the Mitchell Plateau airstrip for a scenic flight to Darwin aboard Outback Spirit’s state-of-the-art Cessna Grand Caravan. With its high wings for exceptional visibility, air-conditioning, and turbine reliability, this aircraft ensures a comfortable and memorable journey. Fly east over the stunning Joseph Bonaparte Gulf, following the coastline before arriving in Darwin early in the afternoon.
Once in Darwin, check in to the Hilton Garden Inn on the Esplanade, where the remainder of the afternoon is yours to relax and explore at your leisure. This evening, gather for a final celebratory dinner and toast to an incredible Kimberley adventure.

Today marks the conclusion of your tour. You may choose to join group for a city tour, which includes a visit to the Museum and Art Gallery of the Northern Territory, or spend the morning at your leisure. Later, you’ll be transferred to the airport or to your accommodation if you’re extending your stay in Darwin.
