Experience Hobart's amazing city culture, before heading north to Cradle Mountain National Park, Launceston, the Bay of Fires, and Wineglass Bay - regarded as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.

This South Island loop takes you along the coast between the South’s two largest cities, Christchurch and Dunedin. In Dunedin you have time to explore the unique wildlife of the Otago Peninsula, before continuing south to Te Anau, gateway to Milford Sound where you’ll cruise the length of the fiord. This South Island tour wouldn’t be complete without two nights in the ‘Adventure Capital’ Queenstown before you follow the Southern Alps north to Mt Cook National Park and back to Christchurch.

Taking you south from Christchurch, this 10 day includes the majestic scenery of the lower South Island.  Beginning with the large open spaces of the McKenzie Country and Mt. Journey south through New Zealand’s North Island from Auckland, the ‘City of Sails’ to the quirky capital city of Wellington.  Along the way you’ll encounter Maori culture in Rotorua,  explore the Art Deco architecture and vineyards of Napier and travel at a relaxed pace allowing you to really soak up the atmosphere of each destination.

From the vibrant city of Auckland you’ll travel south to the spectacular mountains and thrilling adventures of Queenstown. Along the way you’ll travel through heartland New Zealand, including the cultural mecca of Rotorua and quirky Wellington City in the North Island. While in the South Island you have opportunities for wildlife encounters in Kaikoura and plenty of time to explore the inspiring city of Christchurch.
